Leadership
Lillyan Chandler
Brings a powerful combination of artistic expertise and business leadership to Dance Precisions. A lifelong dancer with extensive ballet training, her performing career includes collaborations with distinguished artists from American Ballet Theatre. After working as a CPA, Lillyan dedicated herself fully to dance education. Her vision centers on science-backed training methods, artistic excellence, and fostering the close-knit community that makes our studio feel like home.
Our Staff
Celeste Robbins
Celeste Robbins, born in Dallas, Texas, trained in Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, and African at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. She continued her training at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee where she acquired her B.F.A. in Contemporary Dance Performance. Although her training focus in school was predominantly in the realm of concert dance work, Celeste studied multiple different vernacular styles like Jazz, Hip Hop, Breaking, Salsa and Heels. Celeste attended many prestigious summer programs such as Movement Invention Project in New York City, Henny Jurriëns Foundation in Amsterdam, and Springboard Danse Montreal 2 years in a row. During her studies, she worked with Sidra Bell, Desmond Richardson, Shamel Pitts, Dwight Rhoden, Margot Sappington, Aszure Barton, Maxine Doyle, Ohad Naharin, Bobbi Jean Smith, Crystal Pite, and Sharon Eyal to name a few. Celeste has performed in music videos for Lil Nas X and Lil Miquela. She also appeared in the Netflix Original Series ‘Dancing Queen’ which premiered in 2018. Celeste joined Compagnie Marie Chouinard in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 2019 where she performed in France, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Colombia, Portugal, Peru, South Korea, Mexico, Germany, Denmark, and Switzerland.
Serina Ortiz
20+ year dance professional directing the Little Dancin' Shoes Program. Dance Precisions alumna and Mt. San Antonio College dance team member (3 jazz and 2 hip-hop national titles). Holds AA in Kinesiology and Wellness and Bachelor's in Pre-Physical Therapy. Assistant coach for South Hills High School Varsity Pomline.
Nathan Chandler
The ultimate problem-solver and studio supporter. Consulting CTO to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and venture-backed startups. Bringing innovative mindset to modernize Dance Precisions' systems while preserving our warm, family-oriented atmosphere. At his core, a dance dad who believes in the transformative power of the arts.
Ella Tracy
Dancing since age two. Trained in Minnesota at Summit Dance Shoppe and The Dance Complex. High school captain of varsity kick and jazz teams. Dance Instructor and Commercial Dance Certificates from Orange Coast College. Professional performer with Jose Costas Contempo Ballet Company and Vixens Heels Company.
Allison Camacho
Dance Precisions alumna (graduated 2019) who returned to staff in 2021. Trained for 15 years in jazz, tap, ballet, and hip-hop. Competed with the company team at national competitions. Now manages projects and front desk operations while pursuing personal growth within the studio environment.
Alena Savich
Former Belarus National Team rhythmic gymnast with over 17 years of coaching experience. USA Gymnastics Coach of the Year 2019. My passion is helping dancers and athletes develop flexibility, strength, and confidence through proper technique and safe training. I believe every kid has unique potential, and I love being part of each student's growth.
Anissa Underwood
Anissa Underwood is a proud alumna of Dance Precisions, where she trained for nine years and graduated in 2022. During her time at the studio, she developed a strong foundation in dance as well as a genuine connection to the DP community. For over five years, Anissa has assisted teachers in classes, gaining valuable experience and furthering her passion for dance and mentorship.
Morgan Daniel
Morgan is an enthusiastic Tumbling Instructor specializing in training dancers of all ages and skill levels. With a strong background in competitive dance, she focuses on breaking down complex acro tricks into safe progressions. Morgan is eager about helping dancers achieve new skills from cartwheels to advanced tumbling passes. Her goal is to help dancers safely execute tumbling skills while instilling confidence and support into the dancers.
Téa Perez
Téa Perez is an aspiring professional dancer and is currently receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance at Chapman University. She is trained in a variety of styles including jazz, hip hop, contemporary, heels, tap, lyrical, musical theater, ballroom, and more. She began her training at five years old in the Chicagoland area and moved to Orange County at seventeen years old to train at The Space TV. Téa is currently working as a front desk receptionist at Dance Precisions, and she has loved getting to work with the DP family!
Adisu Slovinksy
Dancing for over 7 years, Adisu trained in both Japan and the US under a range of different styles. She is passionate about competitive dance and currently a member of Team Millennia. Adisu prioritizes encouraging dancers to have fun and support each other during class to foster a greater community for growth. She hopes to guide students in movement while helping them find and build personal confidence.
Saki Noda
Saki Noda teaches K-pop and hip hop with an emphasis on precision and performance. Her classes break down trending choreography step by step, so dancers at any level can pick it up quickly — then push it into full-out execution. Energetic, detail-driven, and always current with what's dropping.
Jen Kohlenberger
Jen enjoys combining creativity and strategy to showcase the spirit of Dance Precisions through design, branding, advertising, and the studio environment. Having grown up as a figure skater herself, she understands firsthand the importance of a safe environment and a strong support system for young athletes, and she carries that appreciation into her work at the studio. She is also passionate about youth mental health and creating space for young people to thrive as whole individuals, on and off the stage. Jen is honored to contribute to a community where artistry, excellence, and connection thrive.
