5.3 Disciplinary Action

7.1 Medical Conditions

You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or special needs that may affect the student's participation. You agree to update us immediately of any changes to the student's health status. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in dismissal from the program.

Dance is a physical activity that carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. You acknowledge these risks and confirm that the student is physically capable of participating in dance instruction and activities.

7.3 Medical Treatment Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Dance Precisions staff to secure necessary medical treatment for the student. You agree to be financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred. We will make reasonable efforts to contact parents/guardians before seeking medical treatment, except in cases where immediate treatment is necessary.

7.4 Insurance

Dance Precisions maintains general liability insurance for the studio premises. However, students/families are responsible for their own health insurance coverage. We strongly recommend maintaining adequate health insurance for all students.
