Rental Requirements
A few things to know before booking your rental.
Advance Booking
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute requests accommodated when possible.
Deposit Required
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied to your rental fee or refunded per our cancellation policy.
Liability Waiver
All renters must sign a liability waiver before use. For events with minors, parent/guardian signatures are required.
Minimum Rental
Most rentals have a minimum booking time. Contact us for specific requirements based on your event type and studio selection.
Studio Rules
- No food or drinks (except water) in the studio space
- Leave the space clean and in the condition you found it
- Respect neighboring studios and keep noise levels appropriate
