Leadership

Lillyan Chandler

Owner / Studio Director

Brings a powerful combination of artistic expertise and business leadership to Dance Precisions. A lifelong dancer with extensive ballet training, her performing career includes collaborations with distinguished artists from American Ballet Theatre. After working as a CPA, Lillyan dedicated herself fully to dance education. Her vision centers on science-backed training methods, artistic excellence, and fostering the close-knit community that makes our studio feel like home.

Edith Montoya

Founder / Director Emeritus

Successful entrepreneur who established Dance Precisions 36 years ago, transforming it from a small drill team studio into an elite competition dance facility. Her students have appeared on "So You Think You Can Dance," "America's Got Talent," and toured with major artists like Beyoncé and Taylor Swift. Under her leadership, the studio has earned world championships and numerous choreography awards.

Karame Adesko

Artistic Director/Choreographer

Professional dancer since age 13, appearing in "Pepito's Story" with Debbie Allen. Performed on Carnival and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. BFA from Point Park University. Resident choreographer earning 30+ choreography awards. Her students have danced for Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, and Carly Rae Jepsen, and attended universities including UCLA, UC Irvine, and Chapman.

Serina Ortiz

Recreational Programs Director & Choreographer

20+ year dance professional directing the Little Dancin' Shoes Program. Dance Precisions alumna and Mt. San Antonio College dance team member (3 jazz and 2 hip-hop national titles). Holds AA in Kinesiology and Wellness and Bachelor's in Pre-Physical Therapy. Assistant coach for South Hills High School Varsity Pomline.

Nathan Chandler

Chief Dance Dad & Technology Officer

The ultimate problem-solver and studio supporter. Consulting CTO to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and venture-backed startups. Bringing innovative mindset to modernize Dance Precisions' systems while preserving our warm, family-oriented atmosphere. At his core, a dance dad who believes in the transformative power of the arts.

Conrad Montoya

Master of Many Trades

Active since 2001, formerly an IT specialist. Now operates the DP Cafe, manages security and plant operations, organizes props, and supports parent committees. Described as "the guy who does it all."

Alexandra Bormeth

Ballet Director

Contemporary ballet choreographer trained in Russian Vaganova method. Holds a BFA in Dance Choreography from UC Irvine (2019). Has studied with prestigious companies including Vertigo Dance Company and Batsheva Dance Company in Israel. Currently teaches ballet, repertoire, choreography, and contemporary in Orange County.

Jesse Trinidad

DP Hip Hop Director, Owner of Timeless Dance Studio

Dancing since 2007 with GRV Dance Crew. Signed with MSA talent agency (2010). Won 3 national titles with Northern Arizona University. Credits include choreography for Nike, SONY PlayStation, and Karmin. Recently opened Timeless Studios adult dance studio.

Hayley Friend Gillian

Instructor/Choreographer

Dance Precisions alumna with 12 years teaching experience. BFA from California State University, Fullerton, where she was Most Valuable Dancer on an 18-time National Champion dance team. Choreographed nationally-ranked routines and national opening numbers. Co-owns property management company with 250+ units in Orange County.

Stephanie Beaver

Instructor/Choreographer

BS in Health Science from California State University, Fullerton; AS in Ultrasound from Orange Coast College. Currently works at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. Danced competitively since age five and on CSUF's National Championship Dance Team (2006-2009). Teaching at Dance Precisions for 20 years.

Ella Tracy

Instructor/Choreographer

Dancing since age two. Trained in Minnesota at Summit Dance Shoppe and The Dance Complex. High school captain of varsity kick and jazz teams. Dance Instructor and Commercial Dance Certificates from Orange Coast College. Professional performer with Jose Costas Contempo Ballet Company and Vixens Heels Company.

Allison Camacho

Project Manager & Front Desk Receptionist

Dance Precisions alumna (graduated 2019) who returned to staff in 2021. Trained for 15 years in jazz, tap, ballet, and hip-hop. Competed with the company team at national competitions. Now manages projects and front desk operations while pursuing personal growth within the studio environment.

Kelly Camacho

Financial Advisor

Part of Dance Precisions for over 10 years, instrumental in studio growth. Works remotely from Arizona while supporting financial operations and studio administration.
