Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received by the 5th of the month to apply to the current month. Requests received on the 6th or later will take effect at the end of the following month.

For example, a request submitted on July 5 makes July 31 your student's last day. A request submitted on July 6 makes August 31 your student's last day.

Based on today's date (September 22, 2026)

Your student's last day of classes will be Saturday, October 31, 2026.

You will be billed through this date.
